Dr. Tanner Hays is Webster Certified to practice prenatal care and a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). He graduated from UT Tyler for his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker University in Dallas, Texas. His wife, Elise, went to Baylor University and later attended OU to become a dietitian.

The Refinery Chiropractic is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing the specific concerns of each of our patients. Elise Hays, R.D.N., L.D.N.

Elise worked as a dietitian in weight loss for 5 years prior to coming alongside Dr. Tanner in opening The Refinery Chiropractic. She is passionate about helping individuals attain true health so they can fully pursue the things in life that fulfill them.

She takes a holistic approach in looking at weight loss and gut health from an overall health standpoint, and loves finding practical solutions for her clients to implement sustainable habits. Dr. Tanner & Elise have two boys and in their spare time love to spend time outdoors being active as a family.

Kelsey Musgrove, P.T.

After graduating high school in ETX, Dr. Kelsey Musgrove achieved a degree in biology from Louisiana Tech University. She then completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.

She exclusively specialized in developmental pediatrics for three years before becoming a mother, which prompted adding pelvic floor therapy to her practice.

After moving multiple times, she and her family settled down in Tyler. Full Circle Physical Therapy is dedicated to providing individualized care that is centered around the patient's goals and that is not dictated by insurance companies.

At FCPT, the focus is on supporting the family by supporting the mother/baby dyad. This is a unique model in physical therapy and one that Dr. Kelsey is very passionate about. Full Circle PT is looking forward to serving you alongside Dr. Tanner Hays and his team!
